Returns Policy
Practical return guidance for volleyball gear and equipment.
We want return decisions to be clear before you send anything back. Eligibility can depend on product type, condition, supplier handling, freight requirements, and whether the item was custom or quote-based.
Return window
The final return window will be confirmed before launch and shown with order materials. Submit requests as soon as possible so support can review eligibility.
Unused and unworn condition
Returned products generally need to be unused, unworn, clean, complete, and in original packaging with tags, manuals, parts, and accessories included.
Volleyballs and equipment
Balls and equipment should not show court wear, writing, inflation damage, missing parts, or altered packaging unless the request is for a verified defect or shipping damage.
Knee pads and apparel
Knee pads, sleeves, and apparel must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Items with odor, stains, heavy stretching, or signs of use may not qualify.
Oversized and freight items
Large volleyball nets, carts, poles, pads, and facility items may have return limitations, restocking fees, carrier pickup requirements, or nonrefundable freight charges.
Custom and team orders
Custom, special-order, quote-based, bulk, and team-pack products may have limited cancellation or return options once supplier processing begins.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or appears defective, keep the packaging and send photos of the product, box, label, and issue so support can review replacement, claim, or refund options.
Return request workflow
Submit a request with order number, item, quantity, condition, and photos when available. Wait for support instructions before shipping anything back.
